Two weeks ago a paramedic visited my home to attend to my elderly father who had fallen and had a head injury.
The paramedic was polite, knowledgeable, patient, caring, professional and friendly.
They were able to glue my father's head injury and assess his condition and it saved my father actually having to go to hospital.
A credit to his service.
A big thank you from me and my family.

Thank you very much for your feedback on the care that your father received from a paramedic. Paramedics are not employed by our Trust but i am sure that South East Coast Ambulance Service will be delighted to hear your comments.
