"Abrupt Staff"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

I had to attend A & E with my wife who had chest pains. She was advised to attend by ambulance by NHS Direct.

After waiting an hour we eventually got seen.

Throughout over visit all except one member of staff were very abrupt and to say the least infriendly.

On the floor of the cubicle I was horrified to see dried blood.

If at all possible, go to preston
