"Gastrocopy"

After waiting a few weeks for this procedure I was amazed and delighted when a member of the Endoscopy Suite phoned me to arrange the appointment - I was able to choose the day and time.

This was quickly confirmed by post with full details of the procedure.

During my stay of about 2 hours every member of staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

I find the procedure of a endoscopy/gastroscopy quite scarey but the staff were very calming.

I could not fault my care throughout the visit.
