What I liked

This was my second visit to the dental hospital, both times I have had wisdom teeth out under general anaesthetic. Both times I felt very welcome, the staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. I have always been nervous when it comes to dentists but the staff here really made a difference, I also have a phobia of needles and after talking this through they told me I could go to sleep with gas then put in the needle when I was asleep. The whole experiance was without a doubt the best you can get when having something like this done. They were also quick to offer pain relief after surgery followed by a drink and I have no worries if I have to go back again any time.

What could be improved

Just the car parking but the staff did what they could to help and gave my husband a note for the window so he could park in front. Not a major issue.

My first visit was in 2006 for two wisdom teeth out under general anaesthetic, my second visit was 2 days ago (June 2009) In three years nothing has changed with the way you are treated, It was 1st class service last time and still 1st class this time. Thankyou to all the staff at the one day unit for everything.
