"head injury"

i had a accudent at home my brother called an ambulance when they came i was put at ease i fell through a glass door and cut my head open i was taken to torbay hospital where all the staff were lovely i was put at ease straight away the duty doctor was lovely and the nurse put 10 stiches in my head the nurse was an angel i wish to thank you all very very much for your care and attention to me on thursday night/friday morning thank you catherine towey paignton xxx
