What I liked

i had an operation to remove part of my bowel at hull royal infirmary ward 6.after surgery i was told that the good bits of bowel which were joined together were still leaking and i would need another operation to resolve it.then along came mr hartley a consultant and said he was transfering me to C.H.H. on arrival there it was like going into something from the future.all on one level everything sparkling clean.nursing staff to die for pardon the pun.i did not have to have anymore surgery.everything healed itsself naturally with good nursing care thank you all the staff on ward 10.

What could be improved

i believe patients should be given a guidebook on how to treat the nursing staff.manners and a thankyou go a long way.some patients try to treat the staff like serveants.
