"Never Again"

I was disgusted at the treatment my late mother had at Bolton Royal. She was slowly dying, yet in a ward of 4 people no one bothered to close the curtains around her bed, and the three other patients were having dinner and meeting family less than one hour before my mum died. I had to more or less shout to have the curtains closed and then when I left the ward for a few minutes the curtains had been opened again. Respect? You won't get it at Bolton.
