"Worst experience to date"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

Very very bad service, was sent here by nhs direct only to be told I shouldn't listen to them and then suggested I visit my university gp 5 hours away. Staff were ignorant and rude and made me feel bad for asking for help. Staff had no concept of customer service especially in an environment where the patients are already distressed. Was told to just take ibuprofen without even being asked if I had already tried that or if I was on any other medication - basic protocol that you'd expect just in a pharmacy.
