"Physiotherapy Department"

I had to attend the physiotherapy department recently for a problem with my neck. The physiotherapist I saw was really good. They were very friendly and took the time to explain my condition in great detail. They explained the treatment I was being offered and how it would help me. They were able to answer all of the questions / concerns that I had ( I had a lot !) I was given early appointments that fitted in with my work and

I was always seen on time. The department was extremely clean. The staff at Ilkeston hospital are very welcoming and very friendly.
