more care should be there for obese pregnant women

i was pregnant with my first baby it was i boy and i hade a stillbirth when i went overdue. i was obese and the care was good from the start but right at the end when i was having labour pains for 7 days i went to hospital again for a scan and the midwife checked saying the machine is not giving right picture. she new the baby is dead and she dissapeared and sent me downstairs and it was confirmed the baby was dead. everytime i went to hospital they sent me back. they have no idea what it feels to lose a baby it was my first. there was no reason the baby died they said. but i do i told them the baby wants to come out but they ignored me.
