"Very impressed with all aspects of my treatment"

I attended A & E yesterday with a problem with my heart which was beating too fast.

I was seen very quickly and felt that I was treated competently by highly professional staff.

Everyone was friendly and discussed possible treatments after carefully explaining what to expect.

I could see that all staff were working together very effectively.

After trying a number of treatments, I was transferred to the CCU where again, the care I received was outstanding.

I was looked after by a lovely nurse.

Eventually, the problem was sorted out by giving me an anaesthetic and shocking my heart back into its proper rhythm.

I would like to thank all staff involved in my care - much appreciated.
