"Kind and efficient sonographers for antenatal ultrasounds"

I have had 3 antenatal scans at Broomfield hospital, and would like to commend the sonographers and other staff for their patient, kind and efficient approaches.

During my 20 week scan in particular, the baby wasn't in the right position to make certain measurements, and the sonographer tried all sorts of approaches to encourage movement, including me taking a break to walk around the hospital. Although this must have disrupted their schedule, I was not made to feel a nuisance in any way.

At my latest scan, my husband could not be there, and the sonographer took lots of extra time and effort trying to take a good photo for him to see the scan. In each of the scans, everything that was happening was explained to me, along with the images on the screen, and I felt I could have full confidence in the staff.
