What I liked

I used the choose and book system for an audiology appointment which was very efficient. I was only waiting a few minutes to be seen and the test was explained thoroughly beforehand as were the results afterwards.

What could be improved

The appointment letter sent out to me had a map on the back which did not show the audiology department. On arrival at the hospital (16:30) there was no one at the help desk to ask directions. I had to queue at the shop to ask if there was anyone at the help desk. I was told they'd gone home, but that I should ask the volunteers at the shop as they would know. Clear maps which mark all the departments would be helpful.
