It is very easy to critise, sometimes with good reason, but more often without the full facts available.

But it is equally important to highlight the positives as well.

However as a long-term patient of the Eye Clinic I want to express my heartfelt thanks and admiration for all of the staff, consultants, nurses and admin staff alike, for their care over the last few years, helping me to manage a chronic eye condition.
