My mother has daily injections which are delivered to her home in batches by the Homecare Pharmacy Team. The new batch was to be used from today, when I went to give the injection I found that the plunger did not work and called the pharmacy team for help and advice.
I left them a message in the morning and eventually managed to speak to a gentleman who was unable to help. I was advised to speak to the manufacturers but I was at a loss as to how to contact them.
I also contacted the Rheumatology department at the hospital as the nurse had assured us that if there were any problems with anything at all they would be able to help resolve them. However, I face a blank wall here as I was unable to get through.
My mother is in danger of missing her injection as I’m just not able to get through to anyone and messages are left unanswered.
I’m truly frustrated with such a bad service.
