What I liked

There was nothing to like. The place was old and dirty. It felt like I had gone back in time to the 1950's.

What could be improved

The Cleanliness and bringing into the 21st Century. Files were all over the table and cabinet tops. It was pokey and the room my mother passed away in was a disgrace.

Anything else?

Knock the place down along with the doctor who chose to avoid me when I called to know how and why my mother died in the circumstances she did.
