What I liked

went in for a hysteroscopy they had lost my scan results. were calling me by a different name. got my age wrong and then told me nothing would be done after the op even tho i have a thicken womb and fibroads they would be left in so what was the point of having a general as i suffer from underlying health problems

What could be improved

nothing they are to set in there ways at pontefract
