"Hospital website sadly lacking"

I went to the hospital website hoping to find information about the walk-in X-ray service I had been asked to attend by my GP.

The only department which appears on the website is dietetics, and that was last updated 26 Feb 2014!!

Very disappointing in this technological age!

I then telephoned to find the information I needed.

I did eventually find out what I needed to know but the person who answered the telephone spoke poor English and was difficult to understand.

Not very impressed so far - hope the actual service at the hospital is better.
