"Ambulance & hosptial staff/care were brilliant."

After phoning both 111 and 999 for a sick relative, both sets of paramedics were brilliant with both dealing with myself (a hysterical worrier) and my sick mother. Whilst in the ambulance on the way to the hospital the crew were genuinely lovely and tired to keep both myself and my mother calm. Once the ambulance arrived to Torbay we were greeted by staff who were still trying to use the new computer system that came into use that day! but were quickly dealt with and put in a room. Over the course of the next few hours, blood and various scans were done reasonably quickly whilst dealing with more family members who seemed to flood the hospital halls.

All in all, as good as an experience as it could have been in the circumstances, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were a real bonus! A massive thank you!
