"Dental Outpatients Appointment"

About: Homerton University Hospital

A very pleasing experience overall, however, the nurses lacked that gentle touch - one of the nurses I came into contact with was not very helpful at all, telling me to 'go to x-ray' from dental outpatients, and when I asked for directions, I was told to follow the signs, and then they walked away.

I understand they are busy, however, that is not really acceptable.

The Dental Surgeon I was seen by, was very competent, friendly and explained things very thoroughly.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience.
