"Dislocated shoulder"

My son was brought by ambulance to the A&E department following an accident at UK Bounce

The doctor in charge was excellent in their bedside manner and very professional.

Other staff that day were equally excellent.

My son was given a local anaesthic and his shoulder put back in place.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the way he was treated.

All staff were polite and courteous, I have no criticisms to make.

Th hospital was clean, we were informed at each stage of the procedure.

Ambulance crew were excellent.
