My referral was from a Physio who, unfortunately omitted to send my referral to TRAQS. My GP suggested I follow this up. Once TRAQS were contracted (5 months late) by the physio. They phoned me the same day and arranged an urgent appointment.
I am very happy with TRAQS but do not have a good word to say about the physio who failed to refer me, especially the way I was spoken to
