Vale drive surgery gives a top class service, they are very prompt with treatment and I always manage to get an appointment when I need it. It is a comfortable place and getting through for appointments is uncomplicated and straight forward. The on-line system for making appointments does not work but this is not a problem, it would just be convenient to be able to do it- for example being able to make appointments even if the surgery is closed.
