It was scary at first; the idea of talking to a complete stranger freaked me out. Emma my councillor was fantastic. She was so patient with me. I sat and cried for the first 3 sessions but slowly things got better and I looked forward to my fortnightly sessions. A week before my sessions were to come to an end I said to Emma “life is good”. Wow, what a long way I had come. The modules really helped me and I keep them to refer to when I know I am having a bad day which are few and far between
