"Community district nursing Dewsbury West yorkshire"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / District nursing

(as a relative),

Poor if not lack of communication

Too many changes, daunting for an older person

No continuity of care

Hats off to the Nurses who work tirelessly and just follow orders

Thumbs down to management. Patient care and wellbeing should be paramount
