My recent placement in an inpatient acute ward has re-enforced the importance of team work. The Staff have created a family-like environment where each staff member feels at home and feels supported. Staff extend this warm atmosphere to students. The patient also appear to bond very well with staff and their peers. Care provision appears to be very good, efficient and spot on. This made me feel part of the team and always feel excited to go to the ward to work.
