"treatment at the Holbrook centre"

I had treatment at the Holbrook centre yesterday evening as a day case.

There was a significant delay in being seen due to the morning and afternoon clinics running over time. The staff were apologetic and polite and kept me regularly updated about the situation.

I was well looked after and provided with refreshments during my wait. The whole experience was a very positive one - every member of staff I met was professional, courteous and caring - nothing seemed too much trouble! Excellent service !
