after a very stressful time trying to decide whether to park around the back of the hospital I eventually had to go to reception for confirmation disabled car park in normal bay was allowed free of charge.

It was but no signs were up showing this anywhere. I fear this is so unsuspecting patients just pay, like a person I spoke to queuing at reception?Then on queuing to access my appointment at desk B ( queue down adjoining corridor )I decided to go to desk A which all three reception clerks were sitting doing nothing.
