My Husband has a haemorrhage in the brain while on a business trip. The experience had changed our lives. The stroke team who came to our house were very good. They helped us settle into a kind of routine so that we could deal with the change. The physio is a must after a disability. The speech therapist is very good and kind and helped my husband to recall what he had temporarily lost.
Over all, the team support is vital for us to get over the initial shock of an illness which needs a lot of care and support. We are very appreciative of the care given to us.
