"TRAQS is a good idea"

My reason for making poor ref appointment and appointment dates are that I do not have an appointment as the consultant I need referring to has a waiting list now I have yet to hear back from them. The concept of TRAQS booking appointments is sound but when they encounter no places I. e waiting lists the actual referral status is still open and to be resolved. If the cases are being monitored and a way of addressing the waiting lists is being looked into then this is a good thing. The TRAQS staff were very helpful and friendly.
