(as a relative),

My father had 10 weeks of care from the IRIS team during June/July 2015. He had 4 visits per day initially dropping to 3 later.

The whole team were very good and provided solid care for him while he was being assessed for his care needs.

Staff were always able to answer my questions and kept me informed of any changes.

Also, the physio he received each week made a huge difference to his mobility.
