"Basic even minimal patient care ..."

About: Florence Nightingale Community Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

Basic even minimal patient care in the Dermatology Department would have been an improvement. If the nurse incharge is stroppy then patient care can't be improved.

Anything else?

Patients having UVB treatment should have their condition and wellbeing assesed or at the very least briefy looked at by the nurse before treatment.

It would appear many patients 'sufferers' that should be attending treatment do not attend or fail to return as in my case, due to the lack of basic/minimal care in the department.

One wonders if the nurses and nurse incharge is qualified enough to assess or at laest monitor a patients progress or non-progress etc.
