"Disappointed with my GP practice"

At my local practice, where I have been registered for many years, it's very difficult to get an appointment. When you call up the receptionist asks you what's wrong, which I find disgusting- it’s none of their business.

When I was diagnosed with diabetes I wasn’t given the option of seeing a dietician and I didn’t even know this was an option until I went on the expert patients course- I feel kept in the dark. I also asked whether I could be referred to a homeopath for a different issue and was told no. I feel angry and disappointed at the lack of patient choice.
