This was my first visit to Orthopeadics Outpatients and I was warmly greeted by a nurse, who would be looking after me during my consultation. I went for an x-ray, where the staff were most pleasant and helpful. On my return of the nurse explained that, due to an emergency, we would be delayed. The same nurse made sure that we were comfortable whilst we waited and kept us updated us about the appointment. Excellent care indeed. I was then seen by a most helpful and pleasant Doctor, who discussed fully with me, what had happened to my toes and the best procedure for me to have. At no time did I feel rushed, and I came away feeling positive about revisiting the hospital for the day surgery that is required. On my way out, I had reason to speak to a very kind and helpful person at the main reception. My thanks to everyone concerned
