What I liked
There were a few very nice nurses, the coffee was good.
What could be improved
Waiting times: "In a minute" means "Sometime in the next hour - if you're lucky" especially in EAU.
Anything else?
I was sent home after having an abcsess drained. This was without antibiotics, dressing or even a doctor looking at said 'abcsess' since I'd had it drained 10 hours earlier.
