"Excellent treatment in A&E"

I was treated with respect. My questions were answered. We were informed that we may have to wait because of an emergency. I only waited a few minutes before I was seen for an initial consultation and then went for an x-ray. The two doctors that saw me were courteous and explained everything without being condescending. They did a really good job at re-aligning my wrist. Thank you. Well done. Your professional skills and respect for patients needs to be modeled in order for other departments to improve.
