I was sent along to A&E by my GP. I was taken after a short wait to the Ambulatory Urgent Care dept, and there I was given very thoughtful and sympathetic care by excellent staff. They were obviously under duress because of short staffing and the building work for the new dept going on all around them. But they managed all this with great patience and kindness. I have nothing but respect for the way they are doing this very difficult job
"Excellent caring treatment"
