"Poor service"

About: East Surrey Hospital

After sitting in a ward for over a week just waiting for an operation, what a waste of resource!! communication is poor, no one knows what they are doing. And to top it off given wrong tablets, how many other mistakes are being made! Don't blame staff, they were good, but overworked!
