As a parent is quite daunting to go into a hospital setting (especially if like me you've been lucky enough never to have previously met a hospital doctor ever before). I felt though on each visit I've been spoken to respectfully and listened to and I have confidence in the care for my daughter that's offered. Children's outpatients isn't the flashiest around, but that is completely insignificant when compared to the staff's great attitude. The nurse even weighed my other child on arrival to include both my little ones and reassure the younger one. The peadiatricians attitude was one of respect. Also during a stay on acorn ward I couldn't have wished for better (even being surprised with being fed as a breastfeeding mum, that was a massive help when unable to leave and without someone to bring food regularly). I was propped to leave this review after an appointment elsewhere, it made me realise what an impact good care has.
"Paediatrics... Thank you"
