"Exceeded my expectations"

I just wanted to say that my experience at the Lewisham Hospital UCC this afternoon was absolutely fantastic. I was expecting to be waiting for hours before I was seen, but I was called after only 25 mins. All of the staff involved were very friendly, professional and really skilled, it actually made the whole experience a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be. They dealt with my problem quickly and explained everything to me along the way. My thanks to everyone involved today, you are doing a great job. I now see why the reputation of Lewisham UCC and A&E is so great. Very impressed.
