"Rude staff"

I came in with mental health issues, asking to see someone from the liaison team. I was made to feel like a complete waste of space and talked to even though I didn't give them any grief. I overhead the staff making rude comments about me behind my back. Even though I came in voluntary, their full body search of me for things I could self harm with was downright indecent and inappropriate. I overheard the nursing staff be rude to elderly people who'd come in with falls. To make it all worse, they pandered to the demands of the drunk next door to me in the observation unit. The observation unit was also mixed sex, which was totally unacceptable when 3/7 of the patients were only in Hospital gowns
