What could be improved

I was seen at this appointment to meet the government's 2 week target. This however was a non-appointment that could have been done by filling out a form through the post. It was a complete waste of time and I have not been examined or had any tests done. It was a smoke screen so they can claim they are meeting the 2 week target whereas it is in fact a 6 week wait for a proper appointment and evaluation.

Anything else?

Typical of the deteriorating standards in the NHS and the way they con the public that it is getting good and prompt treatment. The registrar went on and on about how they are meeting government targets.
