"Wholehearted appreciation"

There is no doubt that the cardiology team at Bart's hospital have saved my life. At all times I was treated with respect and included in decision making about my own health and diagnosis. One evening a patient on my ward collapsed and I was overwhelmingly impressed with the way the team responded with speed, professionalism and skill to ensure the patient's welfare. Wholehearted thanks and appreciation for all the NHS staff at St Bartholomew's Hospital.
