My Partner was very anxious when visiting KingsMill hopsital endoscopy unit last month and the reassurance of all the staff there from the receptionist through to the care assistants, nurses and doctors was exceptional. they put him at ease straight away and he was in and out within 2 hours. these departments dont get enough credit for the good work that they do. i hope that these reviews get passed onto this team. as i feel that only bad reviews and comments get read,
