"Couldn't be better"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Came to A&E on Sunday morning after self diagnosis using NHS symptom checker which told me to get attention right away. Not a long wait, all of the staff I was involved with were polite, very competent and explained everything that was going on. Left after about 2hr 30 mins with medicines for the week and a referral for tests. Came back this morning (Thursday) for an ultrasound scan, set up on Monday by a phone call to me. Seen on time, results sent to the Ambulatory Care team, waited for about 30 mins in AC and was seen by a doctor, with plenty of time for a discussion about the problem and treatment, out by 0945 after an 0830 scan! I don't see how this could be better! Prompt, polite, knowledgeable people dealing with problems as they come in, great teamwork. Working this way must save time and money for everyone, and leaves a very satisfied customer. Thank you
