"Excellent Staff"

My wife recently underwent a major surgery at Renacre was discharged and was recovering well,unfortunately she had a sudden turn for the worse and picked up a nasty infection and had a high temperature and violent shaking early evening on Tues 4/8/15 called the Gp left for the day! in desperation called Renacres they advised to pop down right away my wife was seen by two nurses and a doctor in less than fifteen minutes all showing fantastic empathy and care to my wife,they tried to confer with the surgeon who was not answering their phone as they had left for the day,they made my wife comfortable offered me a drink and generally did a fantastic job,they decided in the end due to the surgeon not returning their numerous calls and messages to keep my wife in for observation as she had a very high temperature,I cannot praise the staff any higher if the general NHS had people like these it would be First class all the way! she had a comfortable night and was given fluids and antibiotics and was fine to go home the next day where I am please to say she is much better.So once again my heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctor who to customer care to a whole new level.
