"A sad day made easier by kind and caring nurses"

My wife and recently were on ward 8 at the hospital and it wasn't a happy occasion. The staff on ward 8 were amazing especially two nurses who helped in this sad situation. The two nurses (one of them being a student) showed so much compassion and professionalism helping us both deal with what was going on. This level of kindness should be rewarded with more than praise and acknowledged at how hard the nurses work. The NHS and especially these two nurses deserve more than a pat on the back. With what happened the process of grieving has been made easier and we have been able to face life and be strong. I can't articulate how happy and amazed I was by these two nurses and what they did for us both. My love and appreciation goes out to them both.
