"Food had improved since two previous ..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

Food had improved since two previous stays in LRI

What could be improved

During my stay I did not see a ward sister, nurses had little continuity from day to day, they were always rushed therefore dignity was not always observed.Bells took ages to be answered.

Anything else?

Nights were often noisy with late settling down and early waking, little quality sleep.
