"The Doctor and the nurses treated ..."

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as the patient),

What I liked

The Doctor and the nurses treated me with kindness and compassion at the Fracture Clinic.

What could be improved

My first visit to the plaster room during emergency hours was reassuring, however at my second visit the staff were grumpy, ignored me and made me feel very uncomfortable when I got upset about the pain I was in. They left me halfway between plastering whilst they (gossiped) chatted about other staff and had a drink. I just sat there with tears in my eyes.

Anything else?

The receptionist whilst efficient she was rude and abrupt to more vunerable patients. A smile and manners does not cost anything.
