"Staff unfriendly"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

Had my 5 month scan the member of staff doing it wasn't very friendly-they started prodding my stomache which was uncomfortable without asking or explaining what they were doing.when I asked they said they were trying to turn the baby-they were quite abrupt when I asked if there was a reason why they spent so long looking at babies heart on scan-I thought maybe there was a problem. They didn't explain much to me.also half way through scan my boyfriend had to leave and go and pay at reception for scan DVD and photos-missing some of the scan.we weren't asked before scan about this.i also wasn't happy when they asked me 'are all your children by the same father?'-I then explained to them that unfortunately they weren't as the father of my other children had died.I don't think this question was appropriate for them to ask.also at booking in the member of staff didn't speak very good English and it took a long time-also some questions they answered without asking.alo they weren't very friendly.
